Could the backup and restore go though SAN completly!!

Hi

- Is netbackup 7.5 support backup to go through SAN only without using LAN connectivity.and use the LAN only for verification or monitoring the proccesses specially for virtualization (VMware and Hyprev)?

Is restore and GRT restore can be done completely done using only SAN for VMware and Hyper v?

Please Advice how it can be managed such way.
