Telephone Support

Idea:

Move telephone support from India to the United States where we can understand the tech support person on the other end of the phone.  I get very frustrated when dealing with Symantec on the phone because they cannot understand the English language enough to understand my problem.  Then they usually send you some KB article that has nothing to do with your problem because they didn't understand it correctly the first time.  Then when you go back to them, they tell you there is nothing that can be done and you will have to wait for an update to come out.  I usually just close the cases without resolution and rely on Google to get me my information.  I will check back at our renewal time to see where we stand with this...
