Unable to login into Netbackup master server through Java Console, showing "Checking NBAC settings".

Hi,

I am not able to login into netbackup master server through GUI (Netbackup Java Console) though it's happening with putty.

Few days backup we were able to do this, but now while trying to login through Java console it's showing only "Checking NBAC setting" & nothing is coming after that.

Master server netbackup verion is 6.5.4 & OS= Linux & accessing GUI from a Windows 2008 server remotely, from this server other master server's GUI is accessible.

So, can anyone help me out of this issue.
