I need a solution
Hi
After upgrading my master & media servers from 7.0.1 to 7.1.0.4, notice that the NBSL service is not starting up properly (STARTING status in services) which cause the the media server fail to talk with master server ( which I guess bcs cant take backup via STU neither open the admin console on media server but backup via LAN does seem to be success)
