socket read failed.

We have an client with the specidication mentiond below is showing such error as below and making the backup window longer and not finishing in the scheduled time

socket read failed, An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.  (10054)

Client Specification:

Windows 2003,Netbackup 7.1.0.4

Transport type : LAN ( fro master to client)

Total Data : above 1 TB

Master Specification:

Windows 2008,Netbackup 7.1.0.4.
