Tape Library not found by Symantec Backup Exec

Hi,

I have a tape library HP Storage Works MSL6000 and e1200-320 4GB FC interface card attached to SAN network.

It worked fine doing backups and restore, until it was deleted from Backup EXEC Devices in order to reinstall it again. After deleteion form Devices tab, backup exec is not finding the tape drive library. Tape device configuration wizard is not finding the tape libray. Any idea why after deleteion the tape library is not showing in windows? Backup Exec is 2010 R2 installed in Windows 2003 Server x64.
