Low disk space

I backing up 'information store' to disk folder.
The problem is that after 2-3 backups the disk become low in space and the backup stops.

I configure the job to overwrite medis,but it seems that it append to media (see attach)
How do i manage that every backup will overwrite the older backup ,so i will have enouge disk space ?
