Migrate two master servers

Hello,

It is possible to migrate two master servers for Netbackup version 7.1? Ideally, I need to make a master server (let's name it server A) a media server on another master server (server B). I know that I can do that by re-installing netbackup on server A and install it as a media server on server B. however, is there anyway to retain the policies from server A or to add them to Server B by doing a recovery netbackup catalog.
