wrong date/time format in BE 2012 reports

I'm running Backup Exec 2012 on Windows Server 2008 R2 with everything set to German. In the GUI, dates and times appear correctly in dd.MM.yyyy hh:mm:ss 24 hour format. In reports, however, dates appear as MM/dd/yyyy and times in AM/PM format which is quite irritating.

How can I correct that?
