nbstlutil report shows bogus backlog count

Hi,

 The value shown by nbstlutil report is not correct, Moreover when I run nbstlutil -stlilist -lifecycle <SLP for which count is wrong> -image_incomplete -U. It doesn't show me the backup log images(In_process and not_started) count same as the earlier command. Is this a bug in this command or netbackup. I have encountered this issue before and after some time when I run the command it gives me right backlog values.
