Netbackup Tape Management differences from TSM

Hi there,

I am a TSM administrator and have been tasked to setup a new Netbackup 7.6 environment.  One of the challenges I am having is understanding how onsite and offsite tapes are handled.  

In TSM, I have a Primary Storage Pool and a Copy Storage Pool setup in my library. Can Netbackup aslo provide this same type of setup? Can I setup a Primary storage unit (Tapes never leave the library) and than copy that data to a copy pool (to be sent offsite?

There are a lot of other questions I have, but, I think it's mostly just getting around the terminology differences between TSM and Netbackup.
