DBBACKUP EXE has stopped working

Running Netbackup 7.5.0.6 on Windows 2008 R2 Standard SP1.  Trying to restore a MSSQL 2008 R2 database on this server from a backup taken from another source (also configured with 7.5.0.6 on Win2008R2SP1 with MSSQL2008R2).  After entering the necessary information (SQL Host, Source Client, Time Filter), about 10 seconds pass and then I get an error message popping up that says "DBBACKUP EXE has stopped working" and only the option to close the program.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
