Backup Exec 2012- CASO and MMS environment with Deduplication?

So Here is my situation,

I have Site A which has my CASO server at, and I have multiple external sites, but for this question we will call it site B as MMS via VPN. These servers can communicate without an issue. I am trying to setup a backup Full and incremental for a server that is on site B to be backed up to the MMS with dedupe and then duplicated to Site A CASO server with deduplicated space.

How would I go about setting up a job for this?
