Backup is completing with 32 kb with 0 status

HI All ,

need help on below

In my setup one of the backup is completing with 0 status and data size 32 kb only.

but there is around 300 gb data available in that mount point .

master server is on solaris

client is aix it is actually san media server

netbackup version is 7.5.0.4 on both
